Karim has had a passion for working on cars since he was a child, learning the basics from his uncle’s workshop in Wales. After inheriting his father’s Standard 10, Karim pursued mechanics as a career, studying at college before working on classic minis and rally ford escorts. He later progressed to working with Vintage cars, at renowned specialists, including Rolls Royce Silver Ghosts and Vauxhalls. He has looked after some of the most historically important vehicles in the world with stints preparing and supporting race cars at events such as the Goodwood Revival and providing rally support at prestigious events around the world. Karim can turn his spanners to almost anything and in any environment, with engine building and race/rally preparation being his specialist subjects. His workshop door is always open, and he is more than happy to discuss ongoing and future projects with our clients.
Kat started out with a desire to work in classic car events, quickly earning herself a spot on the team at a top UK auction house helping with administration and events organisation. During this time, she developed a love for vehicle management, and made a point of learning how to handle the administrative heart of classic cars. Kat has built a reputation for having a great understanding of the complicated DVLA systems and as well as being a master of logistics. As business manager, Kat handles the organisation of both the workshop and the cars in our care.
Her ability to keep the cogs turning in the workshop whilst also managing the racing and events diary for clients is testament to her enthusiasm for classic cars.
